Scott was my service advisor and went way beyond the call of duty by taking my call on his personal cell phone while eating lunch at home to give me an update. While he didn't have the paperwork in front of him he remembered all of the details and gave me a comprehensive status update.When I arrived at NPCDJR mid afternoon I was surprised and delighted to find five service advisors sitting in a row, all holding a fresh banana. I commented that it must be "Banana Time" and all agreed with raised yellow peels. Gotta love a business that encourages "Banana Time!"
