I only take my vehicle to this location. Always greeted with a smile, I hardly ever have an appointment but the wait is never a long time. They talk you through the service and answer any questions you may have. You can tell they take care of their staff because the same service team has assisted me for the last 5 years and it has been consistent. My service writer was Terry Coleman. I contacted him in the middle of the week to setup an appointment to get my transmission serviced. He told me to bring it in on Saturday he was going to be working and he would get it done. I was there at 7:00am and they were jumping (really busy)! One of the easier car buying experiences that I have ever had. Chester was a huge help; He quickly brought the vehicle for a test drive and during it he explained everything one needed to know When it came to discussing a price, he did everything that he could to get me the best deal possible. If Iām in the area again when my new lease is up, definitely would re buy from him. The finance manager was also great! A friend of mine is actually going back here shortly because of my experience.
Excellent recall and warranty service. The Service Department called regularly to let us know when there was a delay or to give an update. We were pleasantly surprised to see that our truck had been fully detailed when we picked it up. Outstanding service.

It was a wonderful experience. They listen to what I wanted and worked very hard to get it for me. Tyler was a very good salesman, he explained the vehicles we looked at in great detail. I had such a wonderful experience a few days later I took my daughter back. We both really love the vehicles we bought there. Even after the sale, I had questions and Tyler was still helpful. Jeff was also great. Very friendly and I didn't feel pressured. Highly recommend!

Thank you. After our car's AC kept going out right at the warranty window, they helped us get into something different, Damian was personable and not pushy at all. I work in sales and he has mad skills. Unless you are independently wealthy, no one particularly likes the finance manager, but Jeff was also a super nice guy. Much better than other dealerships I've visited in the past. Definitely a great group of people.

I have been to this dealer for service twice on two different vehicles because of terrible service from our original dealer in Union City. I called and spoke with Miguel and I was seen immediately and out within a little over an hour. I came again this past week with our other vehicle and Miguel again checked me in immediately and I was done with everything in a few hours. Several other CDJR service centers closer to where we live have given us problems getting our Jeep 392 Rubicon taken care of. The folks at Newnan worked with us and our extended warranty company to get us back on the road. Newnan Jeep dealer has really stepped it up in their support for their dealership services. I've had my Wrangler worked ota couple times in the last few months - and they've provided excellent service to me. They've been communicative throughout the servicing process, I found they were able to turn the repairs around much faster than in the past, and provided fair pricing for the services rendered. I'm happy to be back with them to keep my Jeep running great for another 10-years and recommend them to others. Great job!
